Shiatsu is one of the most practical, simple and effective traditional medicine oriental medicine who is the author. Shiatsu means, translated from the tradition, with finger or thumb pressure. In practice there is a set of techniques: such as rocking, stretching and rocking and the pressure not only with the thumb but also with the palm, forearm and elbow exercised.

Shiatsu works with the energy in specific channels (meridians or energy channels) through the body. Scientific research has shown that the meridian very closely linked to the body and organs are vital to the functioning of all bodily functions.
After a shiatsu treatment feels the recipient feel lighter and better balanced and they enjoy a sense of calm. The body functions smoothly, the person also often sleep deeper and calmer. Symptoms such as stiffness, headaches and back pain often disappear while clearly and quickly begins to think. Body and mind in a peaceful balance.

In shiatsu, we cover the entire body in one session of 30-60 minutes. Shiatsu is a therapeutic massage, each recipient gets a personalized therapy taking into account his or her claims with the intention of the self-healing powers of the body to activate and restore the energy back.
